We bought and sold thru Petty Son back in 1986, again in 2010 and now once more in 2015. We considered other agents (there are many now in Wanstead during the current boom in property prices) and also looked into using an internet company. But after due consideration, we opted for Petty Son again. No regrets. We got a good price for our flat and were supported during a difficult bidding war for the house we wanted. The fees we paid were very fair for the service we received. The company is headed by the enormously experienced, skilled and highly personable John Wagstaff. The team work well together with good communication and Id like to pay special mention to Elaine, who expertly handled some difficult issues in the chain prior to completion.
