Everything about the service I got from John and his team was excellent. I was so impressed by the fact that who ever I spoke to in the office on any day knew everything about my sale and could answer any question without delay and with expert, informed detail. Their guidance and expertise made the whole experience as stress free as it could be. There were times when the sale could easily have fallen through and John’s team worked tirelessly to make sure that wasn’t the case. I honestly believe it was their hard work and personal attention that got the sale completed and over the finish line, getting all parties together and bending over backwards to secure a completion date. Knowing the local market achieved a realistic but not disappointing price and marketing skills meant an good offer was made and accepted within a short space of time. When Jeff came round to value the property he avoided the sales spiel we had heard from other agents and just told us straight away what he thought it was worth. We subsequently did achieve slightly over this asking price so are confident it was valued correctly. The fees were also very reasonable compared with other estate agents. All the staff are friendly and helpful and quick to respond to queries and phone calls.
