We bought a house in Wanstead via Petty Son & Prestwich and found them very friendly, helpful and professional. They kept in regular contact during the sales process and were happy to manage our negotiations with the seller (though at one point they got a bit pushy wanting to get the sale over the line, but this is probably to be expected from an estate agent). Staff remained friendly and helpful following the sale as well, and were happy to give us advice on how much value our home improvements could add to the house. Overall very happy with them.
